 What makes Grounded Pleaures drinking chocolate different? We use high quality, ethically sourced cocoa and carefully balance it with natural ingredients like spices, vanilla and panela sugar. The result is a smooth, full-bodied drinking chocolate designed to be savoured, not just sipped.

What is drinking chocolate? Drinking chocolate is a rich, real cocoa based beverage made from ground cocao rather than standard cocoa powder. This creates an intense more indulgent drink with deeper, more complex flavour.

Are your products gluten-free? 
Yes, all Grounded Pleasures chocolate drinking powder, chai and matcha tea powders are gluten-free. 

Are your products vegan? 
Many of our products are vegan friendly, including our chocolate drinking powder, chai and matcha tea powders. Some items (like marshmallows) contain gelatin, so always check individual product pages. 

Where do your ingredients come from? 
We carefully source the world’s finest cocoa, spices, vanilla, and tea, with a focus on quality, sustainability and flavour. Our cocoa comes from exceptional growers in Ghana, Peru, and Papua New Guinea. 

What makes your chocolate drinking powder different from regular hot chocolate? 
Our chocolate drinking powder is made with real cocoa and minimal processing, delivering a richer, more complex flavour.

Our matcha blends combine premium green tea with real ingredients like Tasmanian fruit and PNG vanilla beans for a uniquely balanced, flavour driven experience. 

Does your matcha tea powder range contain real fruit? 
Yes, our Strawberry and Raspberry Matcha are made with real Tasmanian fruit. 

How do I prepare a matcha? 
Simply mix with hot milk (or your preferred alternative) and stir or whisk until smooth.

How do I make the perfect drinking chocolate? 

 Add your desired amount to hot milk and stir well. For a richer result, heat gently on the stove.
