Vanilla and sugar, what a classic combination. For years a jar of sugar has been the best place to store your vanilla bean stash, many thanks Grandma. Here at Grounded Pleasure we think we have taken this to higher form. We have infused direct trade PNG vanilla beans in raw organic sugar for months, we then finely grind these beans then add them back to the sugar. The result is an incredibly intense, complex and delicious Vanilla sugar to be used wherever the addition of Vanilla is called for.

Sprinkle on top of ice cream drinks, frappes and cocktails. Perfect addition to baked goods, wherever the addition of vanilla is called for. Sprinkle on hot cakes, biscuits and cookies, or add to your favourite recipe. The perfect thing for a Crème Brûlée.
